HIP HOP FLO

Move with breath to the smooth and heavy beats of Hip Hop and RnB. Expect a dynamic and energising practice with lots of sweat. Finish with one dreamy savasana.

SLO

FLO

Slow Jamz are for fans of RnB, soul, down tempo hip hop and sweet love makin' tunes. The pace is slower and the poses held a little longer. Build heat and get your heart rate up smooth and steady. Open to all levels, but also a great option for beginners wishing to practice at a slower pace.

SLO FLO/YIN

When you want to Flo but also want to Chill. Spend the first half of the class moving with breath, to build heat and get your heart rate up smooth and steady. With the remainder of the class in a slow guided meditation and gentle stretching.

YIN

A slow-paced class where poses are held for longer periods of time. The longer holds allow connection into a deep meditative state by integrating breath work with the postures. Great for beginners or those wanting a more restorative practice.

PREGNANCY YOGA

A supportive class for all new and soon to be mummas. All movement is tailored to suit women in their various stages of pregnancy or post-partum.
